I noticed in the box there was a nice tribute to Bill Taylor the signalman on duty that night which saved Citadel station from being damaged due to the run away portion of a freightliner train. I actually own his Carlisle Ariival & Departures book for May 1979 with his name written in biro on the cover & with all the hand written Penmanshiel diversions also written in the book by him which I used to create my Carlisle 1979-1980 timetable. Top man.
