The two-space indentation seen here is achieved by inserting two NBSPs (see Wiki Syntax page under Indentation), rather than using unordered lists, which are too spaced out. NBSPs appear invisible, and cannot be copied and pasted.
In order for the Table of Contents to work, there must be at least 3 levels of heading, as created here. Please do not vary heading size without observing this requirement. Having a Table of Contents also inserts Edit links into each alphabetical section when in Edit mode.
