The venue is 300m from Townhall station. Leave the station by the George Street entrance and turn left towards the cinemas. Continue down George Street & it's at the beginning of the 2nd block on the righthand side.
Because of the ongoing light rail construction work in George Street it is not recommended to try & drive to the venue. If you are driving it is recommended you park near the country concourse @ Central station and walk the 900m up George St .

The venue is between Central & Town Hall stations with Town Hall being slightly closer. On the day there is some trackwork but trains will still be running around the City Circle.
The venue is a RSL club. Its web-site is here . The club is set out on several floors. We have the Goulburn Room booked for the simsig meet which is on level 2.
There is a Chinese restaurant within the club & food can be brought into the room.

Free WiFi network available for the multiplay session. This network will not have internet access but other WiFi networks with internet access are available at the venue.

The meet will take place between 12:00 - 18:00 with setup from 11:30.
No entrance fee will be charged
Reserved area for meet, shared access to multiplayer simulations.
As a major city with international trade, Sydney offers a wide range of accommodation from B&B to 5*. Wotif has several hotels in and around the area.
Please offer other recommendations if you know of further suitable accommodation.
Please offer recommendations. As there are several people travelling long distances to the meet, we may meetup for dinner. Again suggestions for the venue of this would be appreciated. That is not included in the entrance fee for the meet!
It is proposed that we follow the norm for the UK Simsig meet & enjoy a meal somewhere nearby after the close of the meet at 18:00. The venue is within walking distance of many restaurants including Chinatown. Final decision re the venue for dinner will be made on the day. Suggestions for a suitable venue would be welcomed.
