Scenarios

Beginner

No delays or equipment failures. In addition, to aid the solo player, additional features are available that are not present in reality, for example train descriptions will be interposed at sidings.

Standard

Minor delays to trains, and a chance of equipment failures.

Leaf fall

Poor railhead conditions mean that trains are slower accelerating and braking earlier, causing significant delays. A higher chance of equipment failures.

Other Options

ARS Operation

Non-ARS: Run the simulation without ARS. Recommended only for Multiplayer games.

IECC ARS: ARS is as-per the real IECC.

Extra ARS: ARS is able to set additional routes (such as shunt routes into sidings), which it cannot do in reality.
