Scottish Region

Introduction

Central Scotland covers part of the central belt of Scotland. There is a wide variety of traffic, from the frequent expresses between Queen St. and Edinburgh, expresses to Perth, and services to Mallaig and Oban, to suburban services to Anniesland, Cumbernauld, Falkirk and Dunblane. Mixed in with this are freight trains to the docks at Grangemouth. In real life, the area is signalled by many signalboxes, from Cowlairs PSB in the west, and other smaller NX panels, to the manual lever frame boxes on the Perth line. The recently re-opened to passengers branch to Alloa is also included.

Like the look of Central Scotland, but find it a bit daunting? Why not start with Cowlairs ?

Central Scotland is a Payware simulation- to play beyond a short demo period requires the purchase of a license from the Products area .
