Clear

Clear, or clearing, can mean different things depending on the context:

• For track sections, clear means that the track is not occupied by any trains
• A clear signal means the signal is showing a proceed aspect
• To clear a signal means to cause the signal to show a proceed aspect
• To clear a route means to cancel it
