SimSig Timetable Rules

In SimSig, as part of the timetable there is a facility to incorporate rules that ensure realistic operation of timetables.

These can include, but not limited to, rules to ensure realistic operation, ranging from forcing a train to wait for a late running connecting train, to permitting trains that exit the simulation but return at a later point eg shunting in sidings, or allowing trains to appear at times related to other events.
