T must not depart Z until X mins after Y enters
This rule forces train "T" to wait for a period of time at any timetable location Z relative to train "Y" entering the sim.
| For example: 0A00 must not depart Kings X Loco Sidings until 30 minutes after 5A00 enters. |
The rule DepAfterArr , will not work because it requires 0A00 to also be at Kings Cross.
This rule will hold 0A00 back if 5A00 enters late but not if 5A00 is delayed within the Sim.
