New Layout, Full Signalling Controls, Add Missing Routes and Add Missing Paths should all be enabled for this scenario to be compatible.

This is a back-port of the timetable for the LTS sim with some minor compatibility tweaks.

ARS Known Issues:
- Certain ECS recessing at Gas Factory Loop tends to get pulled off too early, putting UR128 on auto can help you.
- Sometimes, trains exiting East Ham EMUD need the points release slot pressed manually if the ARS has not requested it in a timely manner.
- There is no ACI at Upney Junction, 5Jxx services terminating there will need to be interposed manually.

Hacks and Special Notices:
- Barking P1 is electrified in real life but not on the sim, so some 710 consists are set to Diesel. The intended platform is shown in F2 - don't route one marked P7/P8 into P1.
