Has Maidstone East been released, I have looked in the shop and the donation ware section of downloads but cannot see it, I only ask as it appears on the Southern section of the Wiki. See attachment

Patience, grasshopper! I'm in the middle of releasing it but due to the disjointed nature of Joomla components, each section (forum/downloads/Wiki/shop) has to be done separately. Nearly done.

Many thanks to all concerned for what looks like another superb single player sim. Something else to have hours of fun with. I don't know the area, but won't let that stop me getting to know somewhere new. Will give my brain a rest after slogging round New St.

Edit. I've noticed that for trains that call at Maidstone East there are no platform numbers specified. I'm guessing it's because the platforms are bi-directional?
Mal.

The only bi-di platform is 2, don't route an Ashford train into 1, it'll get messy!

theres no Speed limits noted in the manual.

Is it quicker to route non stop trains on the middle road at Maidstone, or the platform roads?

edit: to add a second question, how are the points at Beechbrook Farm Spring points when they are facing, and capable of being reversed?

edit 2: what is the purpose of the OFF marker on P1?

Taken from the well known resource 'Wikipedia'

Off Indicator: An illuminated off indication means the associated signal is showing a proceed aspect. These are mainly used at stations, for the benefit of the train-crew and platform staff. When the display is blank, it means that the associated signal is at danger.

Looking at the 2009 CIF extract platform numbers weren't specified in those days. The 2015 timetable does have them though so at some point they probably became mandatory.

I believe the speed is the same throughout, and no approach control, so there should be no difference.

Display mistake: they should be labelled SR, not $ (though not all areas label self restoring points). Actually... self restoring, spring... both auto-normalise... I can understand a moment of confusion there!

I thought OFF indicators weren't repeated in the box, or is this a quirk of Maidstone East?

They aren't normally repeated anywhere, or proved.
