I can't seem to get this route to clear to the Yellow triangle. Trains report waiting at M423 and it won't clear It doesn't clear on the normal route either. I'm guessing you need the forward route. Last edited: 10/08/2015 at 19:41 by Guts Log in to reply |

The signal won't show proceed for the warner route if the train is too long (don't ask me why - none of the signallers were able to explain it either). PS "route clear" means the route cancels, which is probably not what you mean. SimSig Boss Log in to reply |

What I was told and have said in the manual is. "In 2000 era there is an overlength test at T459 for long trains (over 228m) approaching Platform 2. This was primarily for the East Coast trains that have a stop point beyond the platform end on TC343, these trains are not allowed to proceed past M423 unless M399 is OFF." " said:What I was told and have said in the manual is.Not arguing but, as I say, we queried this (even though this had SSI data so we could check ourselves) and none of the signallers knew why on any of the occasions we visited the box. You'd think they would know if it was significant for stopping long trains. SimSig Boss Log in to reply |
