Hi,
After posting on Facebook last night, someone in the comments have said they have registered (yesterday) their details are saved but have not received the confirmation email,

the username is "itzemmyjane" would it be possible to send another email to the registered email address, or tell me what they need to do thanks,

I have manually activated the account as I think the email was probably caught up by the server migration.

not sure whats going on but they have said it is still asking for a confirmed email when they sign in

There's something not right about the account which needs to be investigated - they are shown as having full access rights and I can't edit them back to "user".

Leave it with us.

Not sure what happened there but as somebody said above, possibly during migration something wasn't quite synchronised. If there are still problems then I may just delete the account and ask them to start over.

Please pass on my apologies for the problems.
