I see that the Wiki says that a Beta version of Brighton is available, but I can't find it - can anyone point me to it?

A version of this was available at the July 2009 meet in London, but this wasn't yet a final production version. I've had a look on the old forum and it doesn't appear ever to have been made available for download.

It came about as that page was on the old Wiki, hence needed somwhere to hang it.
Apologies for raising your hopes, it's on its way and I'm sure it will be published as soon as it's ready.

I can only help one person a day. Today's not your day. Tomorrow doesn't look too good either.

For what I heared it is near completion. Just wait a while and I'm sure you get a sim you can't do in your own without ARS.

When the Three Bridges sim gets released, in terms of operating it what existing sim could it be compared with?

Also, what areas does Three Bridges control and what areas does Brighton control?

In the meantime, I know there's a PC Rail version of Brighton but I prefer the SimSig version.

Dare say you'll get the answers to all your questions when the sim(s) is/are released.

Three Bridges controls the Brighton Mainline from Sellhurst up to Brighton. Including East Croydon, Gatwick Airport and Redhill. And some connecting ines like the one to Southampton and to Lewes.

If you have ever played the Croydon sim you know what to expect.

Hi Ajax,
I know that Reading starts controlling this line I think this is also controlled by Guildford half way down would I be right in thinking that its smaller boxes untill you get close to Gatwick then Three Bridges takes control.

North Downs signalling is Reading - Guildford - Three Bridges I believe. I think there are some locally controlled crossings. Reigate springs to mind.

Reading, Wokingham, Guildford, Reigate and Three Bridges Signalboxes control the entire route. Passenger services are run by First Great Western. Wessex Integrated Control Centre provides Control oversight to Shalford, thence Sussex Control to Gatwick.

Just out of interest how far along the Arun Valley line and the East/West Coastway routes does Three Bridges ASC control?

Cheers

West Coast the fringe is at Aldrington station, East Coast the fringe is Lewes side of Falmer Tunnel, and Arun Valley Line South of Christs Hospital Station.
