I am wondering if any one can give me accurate info on the HOBC (High Output Ballast Cleaner) I am thinking of throwing it in to a KX timetable but I seem to be having difficulties getting accurate info Some sites say it's about 780m in length, others come up with 99 SLU's (with SLU being 21ft) so that's around 2079 ft not including the loco's and I've also seen 122 SLU's in length. if possible whats the max speed its hauled at going to and from site, From what I gather working speed is to low to accurately set in sim but setting to 1 mph, will certainly cause TT fun Boldly going forward 'cause we can't find reverse. Boldly going forward, still can't find reverse. Boldly going forward, and things are getting worse!. Last edited: 16/03/2014 at 07:31 by MarkC Log in to reply |

A standard length unit SLU is 21ft (7yards) or in metric 21 ft = 6.4008 m.
