Failed shunt signal still shown as white 12/10/2014 at 11:28 #64994

Hello,

I now have a signal failure of the white aspect of shunt signal 609 at Yate. As a result signal 149 on the Up Charfield also refuses to show any aspect other than red (or a shunt aspect if a route is set to red signal 609).
It is however not visible on the screen that 609 is failed. It only became apparent when trying to set a route 149>609>UC118 because 149 refuses to show green; then 149's shunt aspect returned to red at the moment the onward route from signal 609 is set.

This is correct behaviour and has been discussed on the forum a few times. I'll see if I can dig up some of the older posts.
