OK I'm stumped: 1) Bought and paid for Leeds 2) Allocated Licence in Licence Manager 3) Run loader and update 4) Ticked Leeds box 5) Watched it all appear to unpack 6) Looked in list in Loader - Leeds isn't there Tried uninstalling and reinstalling system files still no joy, all other loader sims present and working as are all my pre-loader sims - DOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Any suggestions most welcome. SIMON Log in to reply |

This has been noted that Windows UAC options are preventing some of the files being updated. Try running the Updater via admin mode, and this might help? Log in to reply |

Can you post a screenshot of the window that says "installing xxx.yyy.... done/failed"? Or I think you can copy and paste the text here before pressing the Next button.

I'll need to uninstall and reinstall from 4.5.4 to recreate the interim steps but nothing actually 'failed' it all appeared to work and then got to the press next then close and Loader reopens

Could this possibly be this problem? In your Folder Options, which is the first item in the list that’s ticked? That’s where the loader will try to install to. It may be (not entirely confirmed) that if there is no “Simulations” folder in that location, the automatic install won’t work properly.
