In the attached (1980s era) save, 1S03 and 4O82 are approaching Cleghorn AHB in opposite directions. The barriers operate for 1S03, but then immediately raise after it passes. This causes M572 to return to danger in front of 4O82, and an ACOA occurs when the driver seea M568 at yellow. After a short while the LC re-lowers and the signals clear, but the driver is understandably upset!
