2H89 arrives Leeds P10 (where it detaches 2H92) but rear of the arriving train overhangs signal L3658 (and thus blocks P11A/B). Total length of arriving service is 69m and wiki lists P10 as 99m so I'm wondering what's wrong.

Great sim though - haven't played Kings Cross since Leeds released !!

Can you clarify which timetable, and timetable version this is with?

Sorry, thought their was only the one timetable for Leeds East/West - didn't think about version history !! So, info you requested is v1.0.0 of the timetable for 15.10.2009 (which was released 07.06.2016 with update of Sherburn fringe) and running on v1.4 of the sim.

I have tested 2H89's run and found that the train did not overhang platform 10.

Were you playing a scenario?

No, no scenario and train was routed into correct platform. Also had an issue with a train sitting in bay platforms waiting for a connecting service which never arrives (but can't recall which train). If memory serves, this is my second run through the timetable and I had a similar problem both times (just not sure whether it was same train).

I'll start the entire timetable again and see if both these issues can be repeated.

Now have 2W78 (arriving P10 where it joins with the remaining portion of 2H89) and rear of this train also overhangs the platform blocking access by 2Y78 to P11B.

Possible stopping point issue ? Once 2W78 and 2H89 had joined (forming 2M42) I then instructed them service to shunt forward and everything fits !!

Right, new computer so fresh installation of all files and I'm still getting this issue even though others are claiming there is no problem.

I'm not sure about this (I'd had a couple of glasses of wine) but all seemed to work fine until for some inexplicable reason I shutdown SimSig. When I returned to an earlier save this morning with 2H89 already in the sim (but not yet arrived at Leeds P10b) then this issue re-surfaced.

Suppose I need to return to an even earlier before 2H89 has entered and see if everything then works as expected.

Can you upload a save to this thread and the experts will have a look into your problem?

OK, I've reverted to an earlier save just before 2H89 enters the sim and the problem still occurs. I've since tried adjusting the location at Leeds from P10b to P10 and P10c but I get the same problem with 2H89 overhanging L3658 every time (and thus blocking access to from P11a/b). Not yet tried changing the stopping location from default to near / far exact.

Barry - I will upload saves as I get time.

Don't worry about the Upload. I ran the timetable again. This time I got the overhang. Changing the stopping location to Far End Exact does fix the problem.

Cheers for that Barry. I was really starting to think I was imagining things when you said it was working fine for you. Even more so when it then seemed to work for me too before re-surfacing again. A bit like the dreaded intermittent noise when you take your car to a mechanic !!
