For me, in F3, Display, "Show all windows on taskbar" ticked, Windows 10, the Loader 4.5.12 start window is displayed behind the Sim's window once it is loaded and is not accessible. It is strange as other windows such as "answering a call" are sometimes shown behind the sim's window. Do other members display this action? Your comments? Just had a quick look and the Sim Sig logo is displayed at the front with the other tiled behind it. The three tiles are a blank one headed with sim title,a thumbnail of the displayed sim and a message board tile. I normally dont use this function!
