Thanks to a sterling effort by the testers, and to the fresh eyes casting their critical gaze over the sims at the recent meet, we're proud to announce our latest three sims are now released! Congratulations to James Pedrick (Pedroathome) for his first two simulations. All three can be downloaded by clicking "Check for updates" in the Loader, and licenses can be purchased in the Shop. Please look out for the Multibuy which will be priced that way for one month only. We hope to have a public host (multiplay) up around 7pm UK time today (November 16th). Enjoy! Great to see these new Sim's, but are there any photos of the layout... Does not seem to be any on the Wiki like there is for some sims so you get an idea of the layout. Anyone any ideas where I can locate them? Log in to reply |

Use the loader to get all the latest updates and these sims will be dowloaded in demo mode. You can load them up for a look. Each sim comes with demo mode enabled for a few minutes. Put the sim on pause and you can browse the layout and timetables to your hearts content. Then when you are happy Geoff will happy to accept your cash. I find this much easier than trying to look through a jpeg image and you get a much better feel for the sim. Calvin Log in to reply |

Minor issue found. I had 1P06 booked P2, routed P3 and rather than opposite penalty being applied I had the incorrect penalty. Surely it should be opposite not Incorrect?

Multibuy purchased: 'twas the first thing I did when I got up this morning. Many thanks to all involved with the production, testing and release of these sims as well as to Geoff for creating SimSig and for keeping it going. I am glad to note that the front page of the SimSig website says that there are "plans for more in the future". Good! Manchester South and Manchester East perhaps? Here's hoping but I will look forward to whatever is released should those plans come to fruition. Dave Last edited: 16/11/2017 at 22:15 by DaveHarries Reason: None given Log in to reply |

Should a Pendolino fit into Platform 4 at Piccadilly? I wasn't sure so thought I'd try it out. http://prntscr.com/hbge1p

Up to 0945 on Man PICC now , that is one hard sim to keep up with , not as bad as VIC SE with ARS off though , about the same as Vic cent with ars off Congrats to the developers BTW, that is stellar work not enough auto switches on Longsight, is that the same as the real panel , presume so ? Need some ideas on regulating strategies please and TPH for certain timetables, those crossers from Picc 14 to Ashburys and VV take up some serious blockages Also the code interpolation is driving me mad, the amount of signals I've had to put back when what I thought 1PXX to Ashburys is instead off to the airport GRR Log in to reply |

The good news is that they pass each other (at around 5-10 minutes past the hour), so you just need the one gap. Regulating-wise, all lines in the throat bar the Up East are bi-di; in real life this facility is used quite a lot. If everything is running to time, then the Ashbury's to P14 moves should have a clear gap in the service. I keep forgetting to release the empty stock from Maypole Goods Loop. Log in to reply |
