Derby Timetable related but basically non signalling question!

Adding freight to my Derby 2012 WTT, and I've got to '0M72 08.18 Hexthorpe R.S - Etches Park Sdgs' in section CY03 2012 WTT, which is booked to run everyday of the week. I cannot find any pictures of this, so I had to look up Hexthorpe Rail Sidings. I get a few pictures of GBRf Class 66's, so I assume this is some sort of GBRf siding?

If so what sort of GBRf loco goes to Etches Park every day? Or if not what loco is it?

Any help appreciated!

James.

**EDIT** - Appears to run up to Hexthorpe from Etches Park as 0E72, so some round trip route learner??

I found when doing the frieght for my gloucester july TT that looking up the train origin to destination on youtube gives me several videos from trainspotters that show me what the consists genrally are. eg trains from avonmouth hanson sdg or gloucester NY to Clitheroe Castle Cement is genrally done in a Class66 with 21 waggons

It's probably a GBrf shed on a route learner as they are based off Roberts Road at hexthorpe. There's a similar DB route learner from Toton to Aldwarke and back in the supplied TTs. GBrf have a lot of traffic through donny nowadays.

IIRC around that time there was a DCR or similar Chaddesden - Portbury/Avonmouth - Ratcliffe PS working which eventually went to Colas

Locos for this ran between Roberts Road & Chaddesden

Is there a wheel lathe at Etches Park ??? if so that could be the reason

Passed the age to be doing 'Spoon Feeding' !!!

There certainly was when I worked for EWS. I've seen some Freightliner hEavy Haul HHAs parked outside the HST shed at Etches Park & no doubt they were there for tyre turning.

Light Engine tyre turning for a GBRf loco wouldn't sound out the question? from what I can see in WTT is:

0E72 07.54 Etches Park to Hexthorpe R.S (Thursdays Only)
0M72 08.18 Hexthorpe R.S to Etches Park (Mondays to Fridays)

Just realized it can't be the same loco going out and back as they cross in the Sheffield sort of area

Just wondering how a loco goes TO Etches park 5 days a week but goes FROM Etches Park 1 day a week, unless it's a convoy together of course, or even though there is no 'Q' it runs as required either case?

does this run via old road or via Sheffield station? if it runs anytime this week I can go out and watch it if needed.

jc92 thank you kindly for the offer most appreciated but this is from the 2012 WTT and having a look on RTT it doesn't appear to exist nowadays, which would have been handy if it was!

I've tried Flickr which has nothing but other light engines not related to this, and YouTube, which nothing relevant to 0E72 appears, and 0M72 has again other light engine movements but not related to Doncaster - Derby.

Nothing at all on Yahoo Groups Midland-Gen and nothing at all on Google.

With no records of this at all I'm starting to think maybe it never ran? I did wonder perhaps if it was a way of swapping Class 20's on the Derby - Old Dalby/Amersham S stock deliveries but I *think* these were Harry Needle choppers (though I think there were GBRf 20's) but then was there ever GBRf 20's at Doncaster? I'm not scratched up on that area so I'm not entirely sure of that..
