I hereby draw attention to the 17th clause of Part 2 of the agreement:

Quote:
17. Use of this Simulation on a server with shared access is not permitted. Shared in this context means accessible to users not in the same household.
It seems that any SimSig games posted on this website, or any games that are played with someone not in your household, for that matter, would be in breach of this clause, because hosting such a game would require making your server accessible to those not from the same household in order for them to join the game.

If there is any flaw in this interpretation of the clause, feel free to correct me, because I would certainly love to see the public SimSig games continue.

As I see it hosted public games are not falling foul of this clause as each person joining the game is running their own copy of the simulation on their own kit rather than using a copy of the simulation held in common on a server.

Correct. What that clause means is I cant upload the simulation loader on (for example) a work server with a communal login that can be used by multiple users on multiple computers, to access the same licence. It shouldn't be possible anyway, but it doesn't hurt to have it in black and white.
