Hi I have recently re-installed windows 10 on my pc . But forgot to unlock my licences. I have tried the loader and right clicking on a purchased sim I have 5 options but 3 options lock licence to this machine, unlock licence to this machine and request licence unlock are greyed out, so I cannot access them. You can request unlocks here https://www.SimSig.co.uk/License/MyLicenses Looking in the license database I don't believe any of your licenses are currently locked to any machine and can be used in dynamic mode, by logging into the loader on the first page in the loader.
