For anyone who has enjoyed my Crewe 2003 Timetable, you'll be glad to know that after a lot of months of work the next instalment is now awaiting approval, and that is for Warrington PSB! With Postal Traffic, Coal Traffic and plenty of regulating it's certainly not easy! This took a good while, but like Crewe I hope it's worth it! and there are bound to be issues that I've missed (though I've done 3 tests now so (hopefully) I've picked up more than I did on Crewe) This timetable is also chainable with Crewe 2003 too! Thanks! I should also add that Crewe 2003 has been modified (due to numerous changes with the Warrington chain, plus changes in readiness for the next few releases) so if anyone has downloaded that you may wish to re-download that! Many thanks for this! Couple of early issues - the sim loaded on Wednesday and shortly after the start, the two 'BKUP' trains mentioned entered which I don't think should happen according to the notes? Also had 1S96 enter shortly after midnight, 18 hours early, dropping coaches in the RMT 1&2 - between them blocking those platforms through the day (I've removed the train and edited the TT to make it enter at 1830, its currently set for 0005 entry at Acton Grange) There's the right way, the wrong way and the railway. 6M13 could do with a note to signal it beyond WN195 as it doesn't fit in the Up goods and reverses without authority back onto the Up Slow

Hi Just downloaded the TT and have got about 30mins and started looking at some of the train types and some of your Train lengths are way off. for example you have a 6M13 made up of a 66 with 42 HAA/HDA at a length of 210 Meters a set of 42 HAA/HDA Hoppers + a 60 or a 66 is around 65 SLU's converted this is around 401 meters in length, you have a 7F87 of the same consist but the length is 246 Meters. You have a 6S81 shown as 60 with 23 HTA's in 2003/4 The buffer fitted HTA's was in captive sets on the Immingham to Scunthorpe Coal Services as they had not passed Immingham Bulk Terminal and Scunthorpe Goods YARD & The Coal Handling Point passed for Driver Only Operation at that point. You have class 56s on HTA Hoppers unless they had a translator wagon then they can not couple to HTA Hoppers, same applies to the class 37 you have on 6C08. You have a 6V71 as 66 + 22 HHA's 6V71 was an Trunk Enterprise wagonload service not a 66 22 HHA's and please note that the Freightliner Coal Services at this point the biggest trains that FLHH operated on Anglo Scottish Coal Trains was 19 HHA's. Again 6E37 was a Trunk Enterprise wagonload service and not a scrap service. The RES Traffic that you have shown are timed to a maximum speed of 110mph only one RES Service this being 1M51/1S00 formed of 12 NIA's was timed at 110mph. The TPO Trains was timed to 95mph and the van trains over 5 vans was timed to 100mph with those 5 vans or lower timed to 90mph with nothing else attached. 325's 100mph maximum speed. Simi sig has a length calculator that is availble to download this will really help with train lengths and train types and also maximum speeds as some wagon types like "Salmons" and IPA wagons when empty limit your speed to 50mph and so on. Thanks all! I've changed those now so hopefully that should fix it! Thanks 0D07, I've attempted to do research on the consists but got a little lost when doing the Coal workings and working out what went where! As all the photos I found never told me the wagon type! So cheers for that! Resident Mock Maker! / "The Out Of Control Host" Log in to reply |

1F02 (enters Acton Grange at 0154h) forms 5K02-1 (dep 26:29) rather than 5K02 (dep 0229). 5K02 doesn't have any referenced trains so I'm not sure if a day two 1F02 is missing also.

Just for the sake of helping my curiosity, why does 6M13 have a 15 minute crew change of 15 minutes when crewe arrives (norammly) around 0148 Post has attachments. Log in to view them. Log in to reply |

Hmm, I've obviously set it that way when writing but not sure why! I'll get that removed (and I'll fix the spelling error too!) Yep, the timetables are being made and edited and should be re-released within the next day or two! (Though I am going 507 hunting tomorrow so I'll continue on Monday!) To me that suggests a 2 minute crew change followed by a regulating stop before heading south. I would say the 15 min crew change dwell needs removing at least.

Thanks all! After a check over most freight services and overhaul of the different loads (Some of which were previously photo/guesswork) courtesy of office dibble I have now re-submitted the 2 timetables and once approved they should feel a little more realistic!
