Having allowed the current scenario to play out beyond midnight into Day 2 (no prompt yet the session is at an end), I still had trains heading for Medway Quarry and Temora/Milvale, all of which require train orders to proceed onto the relevant single line.

However, when I make the call to the appropriate signaller/controller, although the phone is answered there are no options to request a train order, the list is blank. This is with the train stood on top of the protecting signal so it's not as if the game is leaving it blank because there are no trains in the area.

This leaves little option but to either leave the trains stood or delete, thus incurring penalty points. The size of the Moss vale territory means there are still a significant number of trains left to run through after midnight, so the functionality needs to be there - whether a core or route issue.

Mantis 41794 for investigation.

In reality there is no engineering control stopping the route from being set onto the branch, the crew just have to make sure they have the correct authority for the branch before proceeding. In light of this and several other issues with the train orders, I'll first try to fix it, but also review whether or not the whole train order arrangement should be removed from the sim.

Thanks for that!
