Would be good if it was possible to chain Brighton with EastCoastway. Is this on anyone's list to do sometime?

I just double checked to make sure and it does, but For some reason the name of the box to connect to from the Brighton sim is "Lewes"

Lewes was the original name for the sim. The very early version which was released for one of the meets (When Brighton was very first released) was only Lewes signalbox. Over the course of time, and it had always been my intention, the sim got expanded to include all the lines currently available on the sim.

You have to get a red before you can get any other colour

Mark/Paul,
I have just learned two valuable lessons with Sim Sig that all users should heed.

1. Read the Wiki and follow the instructions given to aid what you are trying to find out and how to do it.
2. By doing this you might do what you are trying to do correctly.

I have to admit that had I started both sims as new simulations then it would have worked. I was incorrectly trying to start the simulations as joining multi plays.

Thanks for your help guys and I have now been able to check that the timetable that I was writing for both sims actually works across both as a chain.

Silly Billy.........
