Another question for you guys, sorry! I can't find the Permissable Linespeeds Sectional Appendix route maps, are these no longer accesible to the public? I found a page on the NR site with a link for PDF downloadable Sectional Appendix, but these just appear to be the text sectional appendix with the route clearance tables, platform lengths, GMS-R stuff etc. I'm just after the maps to see if it has the CSR codes and area codes for London Victoria - Gatwick. I found a link posted sometime ago on the SimSig forum to these files, but when I click on the link it blocks access and tells me it's unsafe, if I click continue it takes me to the homepage so I assume the link is dead? Any help appreciated! James. Log in to reply |

Still available via the link at the bottom of this page.

That's where I was looking but still can't find the permissable line speeds track diagrams. I went to the bottom as you say and went to 'view sectional appendix PDF copies' and the only PDF I can find for Victoria is the Kent Sussex and Wessex PDF, but these aren't line diagrams, it's a document with all sorts of operational stuff like what stock is permitted where, breakdown cranes, coupling proceedures etc etc. Very useful mind but not quite what I'm after. Looking at the site I guess I need to register to get the line diagrams not sure just anyone can sign up either Log in to reply |

For example the Kent Sussex and Wessex pdf has two sections (KSW1 and KSW2). KSW2 starts on page 209 of the pdf. The Table A diagrams (which I assume are the things you are after) show in the Table of Contents for KSW2 as starting on page 21 (i.e. page 230 of the pdf). All of the other pdfs have the Table A maps hidden in them as well in the second module of the document. “In life, there is always someone out there, who won’t like you, for whatever reason, don’t let the insecurities in their lives affect yours.” – Rashida Rowe Log in to reply The following user said thank you: Underwood |

Jan and John, Thank you so much I am sorry! I skimmed through about 70 pages and thought 'this doesn't look right!' then I dragged the scroll bar right to the bottom and saw some tables and thought 'no there's nothing?' but missed all the middle bit, that's why! I must admit it's been a very long time since I last at these, and I thought the maps were only a handful of pages down, they are a bit more than a handful of pages down that's why haha! Thank you guys! Sorry for the error on my part! James. Log in to reply The following user said thank you: postal |
