Seeding trains at Crystal Palace Bay Platforms 29/11/2017 at 16:13 #103480

In the 2014 era how do you seed a service to start from either of the Bay Platforms 3 or 5 at Crystal Palace. When you scroll down and look at the options there is nothing for either 731 or 737.

Any ideas?

Hi Geoff

For my 2012 tt (2010s mode but has the bay platforms 3 and 5 in use) I seeded the train (I used a headcode of CPL3 so I could identify easily in F4 etc) at sig 736 (last signal before entering the bays) with a tt to run into the CP bays and activity of the N:xxxx whatever the headcode is of the train starting in the bay

Thanks for that Gareth, the work round will work and I could put an additional service in which terminates at both, however, I would ask the question that you seem to be able to seed from other platforms so why not these bays. Is it an oversight that could be fixed or is there some workings in the simulation that prevents this from being a seed point. If you can run a train into them then surely you should be able to run one out as with signal 736.

I've added this to our bug tracker but please don't expect a quick fix as I'm working on the Crew Change problems.
