Hi, I got a new computer and I tried to put my details in the licence manager and I keep on getting Unable to login: Error parsing response (error code -1). I even went to the extent of changing my password but nothing. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance Log in to reply |

What OS are you running? I run SimSig on Linux using Wine, and I remember a problem logging into the license manager that was fixed by adding libxml support to Wine. That’s not likely helpful to you, but posting your OS may result in better targeted responses.
