I recently had a hard disk failure and had to request a licence unlock, which was expedited for me speedily for which many thanks. Yesterday I had an unexpected shut down, following which all of my MS programs seemed to be operating as if this was their first use. When I got round to running SimSig, I then found that all but a couple of my licences were once again saying "Allocated to another machine." I am sorry for being a pain but would like to request another full unlock, after which I hope not to have to bother you again. Chris Log in to reply |

If your machine ID has changed then it would cause this issue. Just fire off the unlock requests and I'll keep an eye out.
