I've just started a new sim following the sim update earlier today and have noticed that HU701 Signal on the Down Main at Marsden has become approach controlled again (I chose not to bump the earlier thread last referring to this in 2015). Unlike comments in the previous thread though where 701 was only approach controlled when HU707 was at Danger, 701 is now approach controlled even when 707 displays a Proceed aspect.
