Does anyone know how to route a train from the Hornsey Up Carriage Line back to Alexandra Palace Platform 1. An early morning empty coaching stock move but I cannot for the life of me find a route that will work in the timetable editor. Geoff Log in to reply |

My suggestion, although rather convoluted, is via the up Hornsey REV SDG then THE FLYOVER, Alexandra Palace 4 then via the Bowes Park REV SDG to Alexandra Palace 1

I hope that helps? Last edited: 26/05/2018 at 12:42 by ajax103 Reason: None given Log in to reply |

There does not appear to be any valid routes that can be created in the timetable for such a move.My suggestion, although rather convoluted, is via the up Hornsey REV SDG then THE FLYOVER, Alexandra Palace 4 then via the Bowes Park REV SDG to Alexandra Palace 1The only problem with that is the original poster has to ensure their train departs Hornsey Depot as the south end which isn't the location they asked about! While you cannot use the built in timetable tool to valid the route, the route setting that I have said actually works as the sim allows it. You just cannot valid the timetable for that service but it certainly work! Log in to reply |

I think the route suggested by Ajax is the correct one and was the one which I originally thought it should be. Only trouble was that it would not validate. My suggestion, although rather convoluted, is via the up Hornsey REV SDG then THE FLYOVER, Alexandra Palace 4 then via the Bowes Park REV SDG to Alexandra Palace 1The only problem with that is the original poster has to ensure their train departs Hornsey Depot as the south end which isn't the location they asked about! Glad to see it has been logged on Mantis so we get a resolution. Geoff Log in to reply |
