I am curious as to how this was achieved on the actual panel. In the simulation if you cancel a route from a signal in an Automatic Group you can reinstate automatic working on the simulation by setting a new route and then pressing the respective group button again. Yes, every time the button was pressed it activated auto working on any signals in the group with a route set. Very flexible system, second only to having individual A buttons per signal.
