Both Wirral and Northern lines have a LOT of destinations with a large numbers of trains to signal. Admittedly not over many sets of points but those which are used, are very heavily used. The reason I suggest the whole network is because I think that the individual lines may prove to be a bit too easy given the amount of signals which will be automatic. This simulation would have a lot of scenario options given when Merseyrail do engineering works, they shut off half of the network. Also with how tight the timetables are, it will be interesting trying to keep the trains to time. I think the sim would probably have to end at Bache and Liverpool South Parkway as Chester and Hunts Cross will cause mayhem if you are managing the rest of the Merseyrail network. Thoughts? A preview image of the simulation is available here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/mcfnb37lbmjtj45/sandhills.bmp?dl=0 As you can see from the image, the simulation covers the area of Sandhills IECC, which controls most, but not all, of the Merseyrail network.
