My laptop crashed and I have lost all my downloaded simulations. Would it be possible to confirm which ones I have downloaded and the how to get permission to download them again Many thanks Peter Williams Log in to reply |

If you have purchased simulations you can request a license unlock by logging into the license manager on your new machine. There is no restriction on how many times you can download simulations, they are all downloader via the updated (the odd .exe SIM excepted) "Passengers for New Lane, should be seated in the rear coach of the train " - Opinions are my own and not those of my employer Log in to reply The following user said thank you: 5097sarum |

Additionally you can view all the licenses that you own using the "Manage my licences" link on your account settings page.
