I did a quick forum search, but nothing that comes up answers this question for me. I'm dabbling with writing a timetable for Wembley Mainline, and I want trains to enter dead on their exact entry time, to the second. Nothing I do seems to make them enter at the exact time - they're all overrunning by one or two minutes. Is this by sim design, or am I missing something? I've tried checking the "Enter on time" checkbox (and I did note that several years ago it was flagged as being faulty, and I don't know if it's been fixed yet), but that does nothing. I want trains to run dead on time as much as possible, and these delayed entries will only complicate matters somewhat. Log in to reply |

Is there a specific area where they are not entering on time? I have just timetabled trains to enter frm Watford on both lines and they have all entered on time.

I decided to try the old "turn it off and on again" thing, and restarted the sim. And would you believe it, it works now :-) With Willesden TMD 1180 entries, I think putting the time back one minute will help account for the small delay taken up by the phone call for permission to enter.
