I can confirm this error. I deleted my existing leedsa.sim file, ran the update and saw the same. So yes it looks like the file is corrupt on the downloads server.

The issue should be sorted now, the file wasn't corrupted the manifest had just got itself confused (My fault). Leeds A 1.8 should now download without issues.
