2C63 was following 2N09 I didn't see what happened but when I looked again 2C63 had passed 738 Signal and we had 2 in the section Obvs 2C63 overwrote the 2N09 headcode berth

As ever a saved game would be better than a screenshot. The picture doesn't necessarily indicate that you have 2 in the section (particularly as there is still a red fill on the Up Tinsley); it may only show that the code has got indigestion in handling the TDs. A saved game would establish whether that is what has actually happened.

There was a bug there which probably caused this. It's under test at the moment and should be ready next week.
