There are two block sections, Wilton- Tisbury and Tisbury- Gillingham. For reasons I can't remember, Salisbury also controls Tisbury loop, and therefore controls the block instruments at both ends of that section. To send a train from Salisbury to Tisbury, turn the switch on Salisbury's instrument to 'Normal' (right click), and the switch on Tisbury's instrument to 'Accept' (left click). On Salisbury's instrument, click 'Offer'. The indicators on both instruments will change to 'Accepted', and signals can be cleared. When the train enters the section, the instruments will change to 'Train In Section'. When the train clears the section at Tisbury, set the switch on Tisbury's instrument to 'Normal', and click 'Arr'. The indicators will return to Normal. For Tisbury to Gillingham, repeat what you did to Salisbury's instrument in the paragraph above; there will be a delay between clicking 'Offer' and the block changing to 'Accepted' while the Gillingham signaller responds to your request. Make sure the block instrument to Gillingham is at 'Accept'; the block should go to 'Accepted' when Gillingham wants to send a train.
