a 5xxx train came over from Cannon St , pressed the accept buttons and it came over had to be talked past now the route wont drop out what can I do here save game attached. I can't see a reason for the route to have stayed locked in. When 5Y41 entered the area, it happily ran "up the down" then the route dropped out clearing things up.
