Ads are (generally) specific to the person browsing - certainly not any R-rated images shown on my Ads

Google has an answer to why you see particular ads. https://support.google.com/ads/answer/1634057?hl=en What you see has got very little to do with SimSig so you really need to aim your complaint elsewhere.
