Hi, As Geoff said before about the material needed to build a simulation, i've something here that may be useful, as i sent him years ago, some track charts, but have no answers about at the time. There's 2 images as attachments. If possible, can developers list the items needed to build a sim? I already have: Speeds, Gradients, Interlockings, CTC signal aspects, Track lenghts, and etc... anything missing? Cheers, Thiago. Post has attachments. Log in to view them. Not directly relevant and probably repeating the obvious, but I once read that the LUL sims were done with hidden signals and some other hack to resemble reality as seen by the signaller. In other words, there's likely only limited support in the code for signalling systems and aspects other than ones currently used on the British mainline. Another obvious factor is developer effort, when there are - I understand - still so many sims in development but nowhere near release for one reason or another. But it sure would be fun to have another flavour someday! Last edited: 11/03/2020 at 13:54 by JWNoctis Reason: None given Log in to reply The following user said thank you: CTCThiago |
