Quick bump on this thread by myself. I'm now in possession of a copy of a suitable trip notice and a PTM (Passenger train marshalling) book to be able to provide accurate formations for the coaching stock rather than reasonable approximations. I'm also investigating the possibility of more accurately allocating loco's to their trains now I know which sets air braked and which aren't On top of this I'm going to do a full review of the TT to try and bring things like descriptions up to a more modern standard that I've recently used. (please Clive when you find a spare week or month can we have a loader version so I can get decisions into this tt ) That said... a) does anyone have any massive issues, errors or ommisions that haven't already been raised on this thread that I need to look at. b) when I update stock I'd an opinion on what people think is a better format in the description, bearing in mind not all platforms will fit all trains so the description is critical for replatforming. Should I just list the overall stock, EG Cl.86/2+7Mk3/RUB/BG or the coach types in formation order eg Cl.86/2+3Mk3+RUB+4Mk3+BG, or do people want full (but maybe more confusing) detail, eg Cl.86/2+[Mk3]4TSO+RUB+3FO+NEX. all three are the same set with different formats. Joe just use the KISS principle Cl.86/2+7Mk3/RUB/BG works fine or even Cl.86/2+7Mk3+Mk1+BG and doesnt take a lot real estate up in simplifiers etc Passed the age to be doing 'Spoon Feeding' !!! Log in to reply The following user said thank you: jc92 |

Luckily I kept notes on what I did in case I buggered it up and took a break and forgot what I did so it should be easy to dig through those and post stands out. So far these are the ones I had highlighed, no gurantee its accureate or correct or not a matter of intent on your part that I misunderstood: Quote: ***Routing adjustments***Looking forward to a loader version!
