Hi I have a version for Kings X (kingsx _ v2_111e. When I try to start a new game it comes up with" simulation will continue but you may run out of trains" Pressing OK pauses the game, clicking "P" brings up the same message. Any ideas how to get round this if at all? Log in to reply |

That message normally shows when you reach the end of the TT. On the front tab of the TT are the start and finish times entered correctly? If the start time shows as --:-- the TT should open the sim at 00:00. “In life, there is always someone out there, who won’t like you, for whatever reason, don’t let the insecurities in their lives affect yours.” – Rashida Rowe Log in to reply |

Thanks for the reply. I reset the time from 03:00 to 00: and seems to have cured the problem.

Unfortunately not much version history was kept on the page at https://www.SimSig.co.uk/Wiki/Show?page=simulations:kingscross:versions, but we can see some more version history of King's Cross in the file at https://www.SimSig.co.uk/File/Details/148. It looks like you're having a paged version of the King's Cross sim there, released in 2007. It's probably interesting to see how SimSig worked back in the day. Note, that the current version of King's Cross is free to download as well. AJP in games Log in to reply |

Some of the paged sims are still available. Cambridge - certainly - which probably dates from about the same era.
