Quick question - the new loader FAQ for Piccadilly indicates better detail is required for TT's to allow ARS to work. How much detail? I'd like to update my Feb 2020 TT to use the Ordsall Chord and Bolton P5, but if it's going to be a case of updating every service and location to show exactly what line is required and when, it may be too big a job as I don't have most of my data!

Also, seems a good time to ask - I had a bit of an issue with a movement at Piccadilly - I think it's OK in the released version, but it's a bit of a bodge and may require user intervention. What happens is 1B65, a 6-car 185, arrives in P9, detaches its front 3 which berth and form half of 5W69. 1B65 continues to the airport. Later, 1B69 arrives (6 car 185 again), detaches its front three which connect to 5W69, and 1B69 also continues to the airport. 5W69 is now a six car unit, and departs to Ardwick TMD. How I've worked this is: 1B65 DF 5W69 1B69-1 J 5W69 5W69 DF 1B69-2 But I think the reversal confuses matters. That said, a quick run of the TT Analyser for the new version is showing a lot of errors which will also need attention! There's the right way, the wrong way and the railway. Log in to reply |

Splodge, I've just put your 2020 TT into the 2019 era of the sim and it looks pretty good under 200 errors as it stands - Luckily the sim has done a lot of the work for yo, you only need to correct those errors, it wont be perfect so you may need a few run throughs to fine tune the interpretation at a few locations.

Thanks (Tyler?!) - a lot of the errors seem to be Castlefield reversals so I presume the timing points I noted were missing have been added! Once the licence issue is resolved I'll take a look and hopefully it will be a fairly quick resolution!
