Hiya All, I hope I have put this in the right place but I have 2 questions: 1. More immediate - My hard disk failed with my sim sig installation, how can I get access to my previously purchased simulations, this is still the same machine, but on a new hard drive. 2. less immediate but still in the near future, I have a new PC coming, how easy will it be to transfer the licenses to the new computer if I get the licenses on this machine. Thanks in advance James Log in to reply |

Also, on the old machine, use the old Licence Manager and Tools -> Request unlock all.

If you can't access the old license manager - you need to go to your account and request a license unlock from there, it may take a little longer as this has to be done by human intervention as opposed to the automatic systems.

Go into your account, and check your license list- if the 'allocated' box is unticked, all is well and you should be able to run your simulations on V5 of the Loader without a problem. If you can't, let us know.
