Hi,

6H50 called after standing 2 minutes at WM341 ahead of inspected track failure.

When I answered the call to authorise PSAD, I got the access violation error (attached).

It just so happened that the TCF cleared and the signal went green at the time I was responding, so straight after the popup I was told the driver had hung up!

I don't know if this sim-specific or a general race condition present in the Loader?

Thanks
Jamie

Hi Jamie

A couple of us have tried to reproduce this but have had no success. I was wondering if you've been able to reproduce this at your end?

Hi,

I've not been able to reproduce it either, I suspect I needed to action the PSAD at a very specific point in time in relation to the TCF clearing.

Can you paste the stack trace from the log please? That particular address is within the Borland libraries, not SimSig code, so I need to know where it was called from.

There wasn't anything else logged in the loader0.log other than the original load details. Is there somewhere else I would find that info?

Is it in another LoaderX.log file. Where X is another number? That's the only place it would be saved I believe.

IIRC it used to be the case that the verbose logging only took place when sims were opened using tester's or developer's access. If that is still the situation would Jamie (9pN1SEAp) see the stack trace?

Hi,

I checked all the loader log files, they were all older than the error...
