Message: I have upgraded to a windows 10 computer removed licences from my old machine and now with v5 loader i am unable to allocate licences to my new machine

With version 5 you no longer need to allocate licenses to your machine, you just login the loader, and sims you have paid for run with a dynamic license.

Headshot unfortunately I have tried what was suggested on the forum before I posted when I right click on the loader for sims I have bought the loader reports I do not have a licence for this sim

You're going to have to give some information for anybody to help. What are you right-clicking on, for example? Do you have "show only free/purchased sims" unticked (known issue)?

when i right click on start a new simulation say Birmingham New St in the loader i get this message "you don't own a licence or it is allocated to another machine".i deregistered the licence's on my old computer.

Got it to work by logging in on the start a new simulation page
