Interestingly it's not consistent across sources, which is probably why the sim has both versions. Open Train Times has it as a single L too, so I wonder if we happened to use the same source with a single L rather than an L. Anyway, Mantis 31367 and I'll make it consistently LL as that appears to be the most common spelling. https://www.opentraintimes.com/location/HMTNJ SimSig Boss Last edited: 17/08/2020 at 04:41 by GeoffM Reason: None given Log in to reply The following user said thank you: UKTrainMan |

In canal circles it's a double L, for sure.

Wolvercote town and Wolvercot Junction, for example! Hyphenation (or lack thereof) is another one. (FWIW I am 99% in agreement with LL for Hillmorton) SimSig Boss Last edited: 17/08/2020 at 19:56 by GeoffM Reason: None given Log in to reply |

Realtime Trains lists it as Hillmorton, albeit it is not an industry source.

Thanks to MELD we have located at least one source where it came from: BPLAN from Network Rail's own website, though I note it has been changed since.mallard82 in post 130803 said:Haha!
