When loading the save games, are you seeding the .ssg file?

Hap in post 134825 said:What simulation is this for?if you look inside the ZIP archive, which an SSG is, you'll find a file named SimulationId.txt, which in this case states "derby". Looking inside the archive also reveals there is no SavedSimulation.xml file. Log in to reply |

Inspecting the file, it only contains a simulation ID "derby" and a checksum, and no other data. Saving went wrong, apparently. AJP in games Log in to reply |

What are you messing about with exactly? The first file is the 0900 save and the second one is a copy of the original one with the save data inside it.

Mantis 32534 It seems that you played a multiplayer and for whatever reason some bad network data came over the connection, which was duly logged, but was not escaped in the XML saved file, resulting in invalid XML. Tom has kindly provided you a copy with the erroneous lines removed. Ypu'll get a warning on start-up about the save file being modified though, which you can safely ignore. The erroneous lines are logs only so their omission doesn't matter. SimSig Boss Log in to reply The following user said thank you: adamwellington |
